ROBOT Birthday Parties now available at Little ScientistAt our new location 1305 Matheson Blvd East, we accept Birthday Parties Bookings. We provide all the FUN that is needed, you just need to bring your birthday crew, cake and drinks. 2 hours costs $250+GST ($265 in total) for up to 10 kids. Please note that our establishment offer unique theme and cannot be compared in other terms with jumping castle, boune and play type venues. Our popular classroom culture in educational robotics and radio controlled toys have interested a lot of parents into thinking of organising parties based on junior robotics. While we believe that educational workshops are great fun, but birthday party is meant to be FUN FUN FUN. FIRST LEGO LEAGUE Starts again in Aug-Oct 2007 in Mississauga, Oakville and Brampton GTAGO TEAM 1473 and TEAM 1474 !This year marks the significant growth of our LITTLE SCIENTIST as we now have access to a permanent classroom. We intend to have TWO (2) teams of Little Scientist joining FIRST LEGO LEAGUE this year. This enables up to 20 students in Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton area to benefit from our independent team joining FIRST LEGO LEAGUE for the third consecutive year. Lego Mindstorms Robotics Workshop for Association for Bright Childern (ABC Peel Region)Little Scientist conducted a successful workshop - Lego Mindstorms Robotics NXT for a group of youths for part of the Association for Bright Children Ontario Conference on April 14th. There were 15 childrens from various part of Ontario and they are introduced to the Lego Robotics and First Lego League. The group is separated into two smaller groups and each were asked to be creative and come up with a team name and team members are asked to compete against each other once they were introduced to the basic of LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT. During break time, our instructors even teach the youths in making the best paper plane. It was a fun day and we believe the whole group have now a better understanding of what Junior Robotics using Lego Mindstorms NXT as an educaational platform.
