Little Scientist's - RC Robotics 101 Sunday Workshop, Birthday Parties - NOW OPEN

Thank you for your interest in our 2006 SUMMER CAMPS. We have a very fruitful 2006 whereby we have new students focusing on learning programming and also getting introduced to Lego Mindstorms robotics. Some of the students joined us to compete in the First Lego League. Did we tell you that our Little Scientist was Ontario's First Indepdent Team to ever join First Lego League in 2005 ? Yes, we are quite proud of that as we can offer opportunities to youths that does not belong to a certain school to learn and join the excitement in JUNIOR ROBOTICS competition in Canada.

2006 Summer Camp Program 

Starting in July, August These are the camps that are available.

Tuesday       11.30 to 3 pm    Lego Mindstorms Robotics for First Lego League (4 Tuesday) - students will be introduced to the Lego Junior robotics and the Mindstorms platform. The 4 weeks of introduction will qualify the student to join our Team 2047 First Lego League team to compete in Halton region's FLL competition.

Cost will be $200 plus GST  Dates for JULY (July 11th, 18th, 25th, August 1st ) and for AUG (Aug 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th)

Wednesday  11.30 to 3 pm     Vex Robotics Programming workshops (4 Wednesday) is a an extension class focusing on programming the new platform used in FIRST Vex Robotics and students will learn a basic version of the C-language under supervision to try to program a Vex robot that they have built

Cost will be $200 plus GST  Dates for JULY (12th, 19th, 26th  August 2nd)and for AUG (9th, 16th, 23rd 30th)

Saturday       9.00 to 11 am     Team 2047 Saturday workshops in FLL

We have a eight week workshops for meeting and training for TEAM 2047 Little Scientist in preparation and learning to compete in Canada'a First Lego League. There are 10 spots for children aged 9-14 and have already involved themselves in the LEGO MINDSTORMS or have already joined our Lego Mindstroms 101 classes for First Lego League.

Cost will be $100 for students who have joined Lego Mindstorms 101.
Dates are (August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Sep 2th 9th 16th 23rd) and optional Sep 30th

Sunday         9.00 to 11 am    RC Robotics 101 (4 sundays),  cost will be $200. please click here ; Classes starts every sunday for 4 weeks.
